    Roozt is an online marketplace made up of individual brands who manage their own storefronts.  If you have a question about an item or order, please communicate with the brand directly.  All exchanges will be coordinated at the discretion of the brand.


    Please note that all sales through Roozt are final.

  2. Do you ship internationally?


    Currently, we only ship within the United States. For our friends to the North in Canada, across The Pond in Europe, or any other exotic destination around the world, please stay tuned we're coming your way soon!

  3. How can I track my order?


    After you place your order, all Roozt brands get instant notification of all your purchase details and will start processing the order. Once the order ships, you will get a notification directly from the brand about tracking. Please allow 48-72 hours for your order to be processed and shipped.
