With their extensive retail and environmental partnerships, United by Blue has reached over 50 communities in the U.S. by hosting volunteer-based cleanups.
 Eco-Friendly
United by Blue uses 100% organic cotton in their shirts and 100% organic canvas in their bags (which do come in more colors than blue). Their packaging is plastic free and made from banana fiber with plantable elephant dung hangtags. That's right, elephant dung hangtags.
 Humanitarian
Make way, green revolution, United by Blue is going above and beyond by, well, going blue. After all, the world is united by blue from the ocean to the sky to surely there are more. Regardless, the sad fact is that over 14 billion pounds of trash enter our oceans every year. For every United by Blue sells, they pledge to remove one pound of trash from our world's oceans and waterways. To date, they have removed 83,000 pounds of trash from 60 cleanup locations in fifteen U.S. states and two countries.
