WHY WE LOVE THEM

Oxymoron, it is not. With the launch of their "One shirt, One meal" line, Fancy Rags is giving their basic tee a significant upgrade. Now, for every tee purchased, Fancy Rags donates one meal to a local food bank. In their community alone, a staggering 600,000 residents rely on food pantries to keep them and their families fed. By donating nutritionally dense items such as fruit, vegetables and hearty soups, Fancy Rags is as concerned with the quality of the food they donate as the quantity.
ABOUT Fancy Rags
We started out as just a simple t-shirt company in 2009, but we wanted to do something more. We wanted to take our passion for designing & do something good with it. Thus creating a t-shirt that is cause for change, creating a social impact & helping put an end to hunger. For every shirt purchased, we give a meal to local food banks in the U.S. We're a HANDS ON company, instead of handing money over to an organization, (which is totally great too, we just wanted to choose a different route) we decided to donate meals. We physically go to a food warehouse & hand pick food items and then transport & distribute it to local food banks. The meals we donate are able to feed 1-4 people. Our main mission is plain and simple, we want to help feed people. While also providing you with an awesome shirt that will remind you of the issue at hand & your good deed. We not only want to make an impact in our own community, but nationwide & eventually worldwide...It's a heavy order, we know, but with your help & support anything is possible. We want to further the movement & encourage others to spread the fancy, whether it be through us or others that are in the fight to end hunger. One shirt. One meal. One life. One love. Spread the Fancy.
