Yellow 108 is selling more than headwear and accessories; they are selling the means to a healthy lifestyle. They release weekly blogs providing information on how to eat organically, what local restaurants provide farm-to-table dining, how to adopt the cycling culture, how to recycle and salvage, and how to get involved in community events. A socially-responsible community is a healthy one! |

Yellow 108 hats are made from recycled and salvaged materials, as well as all hang tags, printed marketing materials, in-store displays and in-store fixtures. Their fabrics are never dyed, but rather used in the original form they were salvaged in, ensuring truly unique pieces. Their infinity scarves are completely zero waste. As if the products weren't eco-friendly enough, half the Yellow 108 staff cycle to work and the company van is, naturally, a Bio Diesel Sprinter. |

Having forged strong partnerships with their factories in China, Mexico, and Los Angeles, Yellow 108 has the factories reuse their scrap materials in Yellow 108 products. As for the inevitable raised eyebrows about factories in China and Mexico, don't think Yellow 108 doesn't have an eco-friendly reasoning behind that. Where they source the materials is where they produce the products. Furthermore, China is resplendent with quality hemp, a material that cannot legally be produced in the USA. Hemp is the strongest fiber in the world and requires four times less water than cotton to produce. There you have it. |
