RETURN POLICY:
UBB is a force for good in this world, and we believe that forces of good should make it as easy as possible to shop online.

So shop UBB and know that if your purchase doesn't work out for you, UBB will take it back. All unworn, unused merchandise may be returned to us within 30 days of the ship date.

To accommodate holiday shoppers and gift-givers, we also have a special holiday return policy. All purchases made after November 15 may be returned to us through January 31.

Here are the details:

-All merchandise must be unworn and undamaged with all packaging intact (including hangtags and banana fiber bags).
-All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
-All returns must be received within 30 days of the original ship date.
-After we receive your order, we'll take about a week to process it.
-Payment will be returned to you in the same method it was originally paid. Turnaround time for your refund varies based on your method of payment.
-Shipping is non-refundable, unless we made a mistake!
-Returns can only be accepted for purchases made on unitedbyblue.com.
-Purchases made online at unitedbyblue.com cannot be returned to a retailer that carries United By Blue merchandise.
-We offer free shipping on all US returns and exchanges


How to make a return

1. Give us a call at 1-800-779-0240 ext 4 . Have your order number ready and we'll email you a prepaid packing label.

2. Download, print, and complete this form and put it in your box.

3. Place the item you'd like to return with all of its packaging in a box, tape it up, attach the label, and put it in the mail.

How to make an exchange

1. Exchanges have the same first step as returns. Give us a call at 1-800-779-0240 ext 4 with your order number at the ready. We'll email you a prepaid packing label to ship your item back.

2. Download, print, and complete this form and put it in your box.

3. If you're exchanging your purchase for the same item in a different color or size, we'll package it up and send it out to you as soon as your old item arrives in Philadelphia.

4. If you're exchanging your purchase for something different, we'll charge your card for the new item you'd like to purchase and release the old charge once your old item arrives and your new one ships out.

International returns

If you made your purchase outside the US and need to send it back, you are still welcome to do so. For international returns, most of the same rules apply.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping on returns to international addresses. However, because packages take a longer time to get to international addresses, and we can't accommodate return shipping, we extend the return window to 45 days for international returns.

2. Place this form along with the item you'd like to return with all of its packaging in a box.
