1. All claims for damaged/defective items must be made within 5 days of delivery. 2. Retailer must have an RA# for damaged item. 3. Customer is responsible for return of item to: SUSTAINABLE KIDS c/o AQL 350 Westmont Dr. San Pedro, CA. 90731, and note brand RA# number on outside of box for timely processing. 4. Wholesaler will repair and/or replace defective item as deemed appropriate, and return the item at no additional charge to customer. 5. Upon inspection, if item cannot be repaired or replaced, the wholesaler will issue a credit memo for other style/same brand merchandise on (same) Retailer’s website.
