RETURN POLICY:
We will exchange any new, unused, and unlaundered Rockin' Baby Sling or Pouch at any time for another item. We understand that you may you may have bought the Rockin' Baby Sling or Pouch while you were pregnant and may need a different size or pattern. When you send us an exchange please include your name and shipping address, $9.00 for return shipping, information from your original receipt, and the style name or number and size of the Rockin' Baby item you would like. If you want to make sure we have the Rockin' Baby item you would prefer in stock beforehand, please fill out the Support form on the Contact page of the website.

If an item ever comes to you with any damage or defect we will exchange it promptly at our cost. For exchanges, please indicate that is it an "Exchange" and well as write the style and/or color you would like to exchange your purchase for.
