Seeking to make fashion synonymous with liberation, Liberate Apparel donates a portion of its pro
fits to the poverty-stricken communities in Haiti and the Dominican Republic in which its employees live.
The mission at Liberate Apparel is to impart skills to its workers that will enable them to provi
de for their families in the long-term. Their employees are paid living wages and given opportunities for advancement in both their careers and personal lives. As employers, Liberate Apparel offers educational courses to its employees for the chance to improve their lives beyond the company.
By donating a portion of their profits to communities in Haiti and the Dominican Republic in whic
h their employees live, Liberate Apparel supports their most valuable assets. The donations then contribute to furthering the education of their workers who, with the education, can better equip themselves to provide for their families. Additionally, profits go through a local organization fund community projects.
