Harvest Blue is sick, sick as in awesome, and sick & tired of our planet not getting the tender
lovin' care it needs to be healthy. Harvest's founders started the company to help protect our planet's precious natural resources, and from day one, Harvest has been on a mission to produce the most comfortable and environmentally sound clothing on the planet. They use organic, recycled, and raw materials, and a large part of their mission is to help raise awareness, which is why they've pledged 1% of sales or 10% of profits (whichevers larger) to environmental organizations. Now that's sick.

Since mankind took its first steps, it has depended on Mother Nature to provide its civilizations with large harvests of food and nutrients to sustain life. The earth was considered sacred. In today's fast-paced high-tech age, we have ignorantly abused and desecrated the resources our earth has provided. We have pushed Mother Nature to the breaking point.
The Harvest company goal is to reconnect people with nature and the great outdoors through our sports, clothing, and way of life; to encourage people to cultivate their inner spirituality and reap the rewards of a healthy lifes
tyle. Using primarily organic and recycled products, Harvest will make green-friendly clothing, minimizing our footprint on Mother Nature as much as possible, while producing garments of the highest quality and style.
A large part of our company mission is also be to raise awareness about environmental issues and to fight to protect our oceans and waterways, while educating people on how to live greener lifestyles.
It is up to this generation to protect and revitalize our planet to ensure there are plenty of natural resources for the generations to come. To that end, we will put our money where our mouth is: Harvest will donate 1% of total sales or 10% of profit, which ever is larger, to organizations fighting for the environment.
A Healthier Approach:
For decades, the fashion world has kept a deadly secret from the public - we are here to expose them and offer an alternative. It's a little known fact that most fabrics and clothing are produced using chemicals that eventually emit their poisonous toxins into our body when we wear them. Just as it is beneficial to eat organic food, it is also healthier to wear organic clothing to avoid putting poisons like pesticides, fertilizers, growth hormones and other chemicals into our bodies. People wonder why the rates of allergies, autism and cancer continue to skyrocket despite the advancements in modern medicine; the answer is simple: we are contaminating our bodies with an unhealthy amount of chemicals and man-made toxins.
For example; Most consumers are under the impression that regular cotton is an environmentally-friendly and wholly-natural fabric. This is not true. Cotton is the most widely used plant fiber for clothing and furnishings, and to produce the necessary volume, the cotton industry uses vast amounts of pesticides, fertilizers and growth regulators. Cotton production alone accounts for more then 25% of the global pesticide market. Many of the chemicals used in growing cotton are known carcinogens and can cause allergies and skin reactions when they come in contact with our skin. And if that isn't bad enough, most cotton garments have also been chemically bleached and/or colored on their way to the store rack.
The high demand for cheap cotton has also lead to ethical issues such as sweat shops, child labor, poor working conditions and low wages. So there is a good chance your favorite cotton T-shirt was made in a sweatshop, using chemicals that destroy the environment and can give you allergies or worse, cancer.
These toxic chemicals are not only bad for your body but also very harmful to the environment. The fertilizers and pesticides used to grow the fabrics, and the dyes used to color conventional clothing are strong, toxic, man-made chemicals that are difficult to dispose of, enabling them to ultimately find their way into the planet's water tables and oceans, leading to the disruption of the earth's vital ecosystems.
In order to produce the most comfortable and environmentally-friendly clothing on the planet, Harvest has sourced some of the most natural and sustainable fabrics in the world, made by organic farmers and sweatshop-free businesses. We are ready to produce a complete line of men's and women's clothing, including everything from T-shirts and boardshorts to button-up shirts and pants.
Through partnerships with environmental organizations like American Forests and The Blue Project, Harvest will be taking up the fight to protect our planet head on in order to ensure that our future generations will enjoy plenty of bountiful Harvests of their own.
We are the Re-Generation. We are Harvest.
