Return / Refund Policy

Falling Whistles will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days from the shipping date. Simply ship the items back to us as well as a reason for the return or exchange at the following address: Falling Whistles ATTN: RETURNS 1300 Factory Pl Ste 104 Los Angeles CA 90013 Pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging. You can also contact us about your return at shipping@fallingwhistles.com. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund shipping costs. Cancellation Policy You have 24 hours from the time you ordered to cancel your order. To do so, email us at shipping@fallingwhistles.com. We will respond in order to confirm cancellation. Delivery / Shipping Policy Most orders will ship out within a week of ordering, although some orders may take longer. Also, please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Once we're finished preparing your order, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. Information about any backordered items will be included in this email. Your order will be shipped via standard shipping (which is calculated after you enter your address). Upon shipment, most orders are received within 7 business days. Regarding international orders, at this time we are trying to ship to wherever you are in the world. If for some reason we can't ship to you, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
