Because all of our products are handmade, subtle variations in size and color may occur. There is a chance that you might receive a scarf or basket that looks sightly different from the images online. If you are in any way unsatisfied with the product you receive, please contact us within 30 days of original shipment date. We will gladly exchange it for a comparable product, pending the return of your original item. Returns and Refunds: We accept returns within 30 days of the original shipment date. We will refund your payment in full or offer you store credit.

Meet the woman who made your scarf! Connecting our buyers with the artisans is at the core of who we are as a social enterprise. Find the weaver's name on the hang tag. Then, visit our website to read her story and leave her a note of thanks. Each note is translated and given to the women offering them the dignity of knowing that people throughout the world are wearing (and loving!) their amazing products.
