They currently work with 108 women in Gulu, Uganda, purchasing jewelry from each woman on a monthly basis and providing them with an immediate, consistent, and fair income. By providing numerous development programs like literacy and financial training, 31 Bits equips the women to develop lasting careers and attain social equity going beyond a fair wage to truly invest in these women's futures.
